BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com More pulls than pushes, is this principle applicable only to the upper body or lower as well?

I should think its applicable to lower body too. A lot of problems stem from having an under-developed posterior chain, and that extends down to the hips, glutes, hams, knees, and calves for sure.

Absolutely applicable to the lower body. There are multiple clients that I have do more for their glutes/hams than their quads.
