i understand that inorder to build muscle and mass you must work them hard with heavy weights and eat more calories than usual sine these calories are necessary for repair and growth. but for cutting, since you are decreasing your amount of calories that you would consume when bulking, should you work your muscles until they are "dead"? i mean when i try to build mass i hit my muscle group as hard as i can but what should i do for cutting?
