    *&^%$! Can't Squat! Pain!

Well, Soul hasn't squatted in 1.5 weeks now. I am having severe pain where the VL and VM insert into the knee. I have never had any type of knee problems before this happened. I have had the trainers in my gym check out my form, they say it's perfect. I notice that it's mainly the right leg, though the left leg has soreness, too. I figured I needed more unilateral work on my legs and started incorporating more split Squats, Lunges, and Single Leg Press into my workout, but the pain is still there.
So, it's either overtraining, a lack of flexibilty or????

Any ideas? trying to hold off from seeing the doc as Equinox Fitness health care is kinda crappy and I'm poor.

    Thanks.

PS- stretching helps a bit. I have laid off of leg work for almost two weeks now and it's killing me. The squat rack is my home.

Yes, I work at the Equinox in San Francisco. I have learned so much since getting this job and getting results for my clients is pretty damn fulfilling.

Movements, not body parts. Programming is key.

One thing about girls in S.F..they are aggressive as hell. They say all the good looking guys are gay. Makes being an athletic hetero-male a lot of fun.

Thanks for the advice, we have several physical therapists on staff, just have to swallow the old pride and bug them.

    Cheers.

No I was saying someone gave me this advice here: take a poop before you lift because the juice don't stop, the juice is everything.
