The routines you find in magazines are way outta wack and are planned for juiced up Pro Bodybuilders. The "average joe" has no use for all that volume. *roll eyes* so stick with an ideal workout.

Alex, if you're being serious, you need to carefully check the references of most articles in magazines and go read the original source. Only then can you work out what is worthwhile and what is garbage.
If the article has no references, which would be most magazine articles, then you can discount it entirely as junk.

and Jim stoppani ( phd)
to get a PHD you need to take a very serious compromise.
it`s not for lazzy people.
