Sprinting and sartorius
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com I've started sprinting; after my first session my sartorius muscles were really sore....along with others that weren't used to sprinting. I'm not completly sure it's the sartorius but the tenderness starts right to the left of (medial) to the vastus lateralis.
I tried to sprint today but it was too uncomfortable...although it was only my right leg. That part of my quad would just tighten up really bad. I tried sprinting hills after some circuit stuff and it didn't really bother my leg...it's just the sprinting. All I know is to foam roll, stretch, and not sprint for a week or two and see how it goes. Any help or info. is appreciated. |

If it's tight, stretch it a lot. All the other measures to fight soreness apply too.

I remember doing HIIT sprints a while ago, I had pains in the similar area. I was probably too tight, and I don't know how good my form was.

I remember your form, and that's not the only thing that was tight. Good times.
