Ow, claves and ankles
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com My calves and ankles hurt fairly often and I want to make this hurting go away. Its not a "feels good hurt", ill be walking and get some crazy cramp and be writhing on the ground type pain, then my calve / ankle will hurt a lot for days.
How do I make this stop happening? The workout i do that uses them the most is a squat FYI. Thanks |

Warmup better, warmdown more. Stretch on your rest days.
If it persists, go see a doctor. |
