Neck Work
I'm going to start some neck work. I'm not talking traps. I pretty much remember what to do from wrestling and football... start with isometrics and light weight with high reps. I know how to do bridges. The thing I am missing is I'm not quite sure what will replace the head harness I was use to? My gym doesn't have this.

I'll look into that. : ) I did a search and found out about neck curls. So today I hung my head off a bench with a weight held on my forehead using a small towel as a buffer. It worked well. I looked at a drivers license from when I was 20ish and noticed the neck. I'm bring it back baby!!
