BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com Okay sometimes i have heartburn at night that keeps me up but here lately my sleep patterns have gotten really bad when its not heartburn keeping me up its something else i have not been able to get comfortable at all i toss and turn all night i just switched from 2nd shift at my job to 1st and i was just gettin used to it and i had to switch back to 2nd all in 2 months i know that really didnt help matters i have had to miss a couple of workouts due to not enough sleep and sometimes i go anyway just cause i cant stand missing workouts i have a routine i like to stick to missing one day i can miss an entire muscle group anyways i just need someone to tell me a little lack of rest wont slow down my gains as much as im afraid it is besides rest im solid in most other areas training, diet, determination i eat alot i train hard and im focused but i cant help but wonder how much bigger id be if i just slept a little better.

If you look on your keyboard there is a key between the , and / key. It is called the full stop key, sometimes people use it to end a sentence :P
