Need a new chest routine

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS

well ive had success for a long time with what i thought to be a decent chest/tricep routine, but now it seems ive hit a sort of plateau.

this is my current routine

3x Bench press 6-8 reps
3 x incline db press 8-10 reps
cable or db flys, 10 reps
CG bench press three times, 10 reps
and sometimes i would put in some isolation work for the triceps.

I was wondering if someone cud help me remake a new routine to help further myself in terms of a bigger bench and an overall stronger upper frame.

Max Bench: 260
Weight: 203
Height: 5 10 and then some

What does the rest of your program look like? As detailed as you can get it please. More than likely the problem lies there.

You don't need a new chest routine. You need a new understanding of training.

well currently i have a leg injury, my right knee is really screwed up from soccer. So no legs for awhile, so the only other thing left is my back/shoulder

3 x DB seated military press
3 x bent over db or bb rows
3 x seated cable rows
3 x lat pull downs
3 x bicep curls or shrugs depending on how i feel
3 x seated hammer curls

reps are usually in teh 8-10 area.
