    Is your job stopping your gains?

    I came across this short article in 'Australian Ironman" magazine and I thought some of you who haven't read it might like it.
    Bering so tiny and training as hard as i usually like to, It's something also a bit close to myself so hope it's in the right forum and I hope you enjoy the thought.

    Those gains would be impressive enough for a beginner, but for a man at Wolf's advanced level, they're nothing short of astounding. "The only change was that i was getting much more rest and eating better. My training was exactly as it's always been," he said.
    Maybe you move furniture or unload trucks all day. Have you been making satisfactory gains in size and strength laterly, or not? I'm not telling you to quit your job, but if you have a real passion for body building and want to get a return for your investment for all that hard training, maybe it's time you started looking around the job market in your area ( Ad lib: or elsewhere) and see what's out there that wouldn't be so physically demanding.

    Nope, as a matter of fact, working 7 days a week put in in the best shape of my life. No time to go out meant I basically lived to work and workout.
