i tried that its not working my back is so sore and i havent done back since monday




Find a bar that is set at about mid torso region. Stand facing the direction of the bar, next to it. Next, bend laterally reaching your hand over your head and continue reaching until you grab the bar. Apply tension by pulling your body away from the bar.
