    P/RR/S questions

    I'm going to apply it to my Upper/Lower split.

    Two questions:

    1.) During power week, can I still do high rep accessory work (iso movements)?

    2.) Is it better to do full upper body or split up my two upper workouts into horizontal plane and vertical plane movements??

    1. No. Power week is to focus on the fast twitch fibers.

    2. Both will work. Try one for a while and see how your body responds. If you are not satisfied, try the other split. There is no one size fits all in this game. You need to find out what works for you. I currently am trying an upper/lower split for a few months to see if I like it. Monday upper, Tuesday lower, Thursday upper and Friday lower.

    1. with the tempo, I dont see why or how its applicable. I mean you can, but it defeats the purpose.

    2. its preference. I would split upper up...and I did.
