    Two-adays

    So I play 6-man tackle football at my highschool and we are about to start two-adays, I am wondering how I should go about lifting weights during the 3 weeks of two-adays. I could use any advise you can give me, thanks.

    2 days a week, total body workouts, when ever you get a chance. Very low volume....don't break down in the gym when you are breaking down so much on the field.

    I'd keep it high weight low reps too.
