    sore?

    is it a good sign when u dont get sore the day after?.....or are u supposed to be sore?

    It's not god nor bad.

    Soreness should come as a beginner pretty regularly because your body isn't used to the grueling exercise you're putting it through.

    Just search it.

    yuh i remember i used to get sore alot i would be hard to stand up and move my arms....now its jus more of a minor ache much less then "sore".....

    It depends about once every six weeks I will go heavy and load things up. The next two days after that I am sore, like today for example.

    I did legs heavy on Monday morning and then went to the baseball game last night. Walking all those stairs can kiss my ass.
    I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.

    yuh i hardly get sore anymore...does this mean i should up the weight...im doin enough weight to get me tired...tired enough to barely finish the set....shouldnt i be getting sore?...

    Soreness is in no way an indicator of a good workout or progress.

    Soreness just means that you are sore.

    The only thing that really ever gets sore on me is my legs when I squat. I won't hardly be able to walk for 2 or 3 days.
