If you're overtraining you don't need a routine, danny. You need to REST.

How do you know you're overtraining anyway? Are you eating enough?

I know the idea of stopping for a week or so is hard to accept. We all hate the thought of not getting bigger better stronger w/e.

We've all been telling you for a while now about over training and that you need to sit down for a week. Just stop for a week ONLY. Take that time to read stickies and build a routine from what you have at your disposal.

Some of those stickies may get a little technical in how they are worded. Duncan writes in a way that the layman might find hard to understand, but ask questions AFTER you have read up during your break.

We are all happy as hell to see you so energized and motivated to work out. Seriously danny. We all love to see guys your age get motivated to lift and work out. Just read some of the stickies and then after you've done that bit of reading, come back with ideas about your next routine. Members like Witchblade, P-func, and Duncan will be glad to help you tweak it in. You have a lot of things you can use to work with. You just need a little rest before your body will to be able to take advantage of those things.

I'm serious about that building a routine though bro. Read up a little and sort out what you have then post the ideas you come up with so that you can get some feedback on them. Stick around and be sociable too. Don't just go away for the week. Keep the habit up of posting every day while you rest so that you continue hanging out with like minded people.

We all really do want to see you succeed danny
