    AB Training - Help Please

Hi, Im new to this thats why Im posting for help.

I need a good home made training routine for Abs, what kind of exercies, how many times, etc.
Im not fat at all. I can see my 6 pack without doing anything so I guess I just need to workout? I play soccer(Red Bulls of NY, GO GO GO!), so I always keep on exercising.

This is the only gear that I have at the moment, so bear with me please.

planks, side planks, dragonflags, if you have something to hang from (hold with your hands and hang) hanging leg raises...that's all I can think of now, more people will be on probably and give you a bunch more.

    Porgram?

Thx, I can do cruches, sit ups, planks, side planks, dragonflags, etc. I workk almost everyday of the week from 6 PM until 3 AM.. only work that long in the summer.. when my senior year comes ill only work 3 days a week anyway I wake up at 9 AM. I would an intense training program. I cant afford a personal trainer. Im 17, and the nearest gym to my apparment is for 18+... I got in with a fake ID but its a risk.

So could any of you experts give me some examples of programs. Like do this X times , then that, for this long etc..

    Thx a lot

Back? Shoulders? 5x a week abdominals? What are you trying to accomplish here?
