HIT Split
What type of HIT split do you recomend?:
Push / Lower / Pull (3days/wk)(45min) Upper / Lower / Upper (3days/wk)(45min) Full Body/ Full Body/ Full Body (3days/wk)(45min) Please provide an explanation. Thank you. |
