Back in the gym.. How should I go about it?

I'm starting back in the gym either tommorow or next Monday. I've been out now for about 2 months (had to get surgery, doctor's orders, although the past week has been mainly laziness), the problems that I was having won't effect my lifting, but I was wondering how I should go about starting back.

I was on a 3 day per week push/pull routine for about 6 months before I stopped. I had great gains, and I haven't suffered from any mass loss or loss of strength, except maybe in my grip.

I did a few things just for maintainence, ie. pushups, curls, anything that didn't take strain. Should I go back and start where I left at, or take a week or so to get back into the flow?
