back workouts with tendonitis
hey everyone
my issue is i cant seem to find a way to hit my lats and traps very well without causing my tendonitis to flare up any task that requires a decent amount stress on the fingers, such as deadlifts, rows, pull ups, causes me pain. according to a fitness book i have it states that dumbell lying pull over, or "skull crusher" will work your lats. is this true? this looks like it would be easier on the gripping muscles. any other exercises to hit traps or lats that dont require pulling as much? is their any equiptment that could help with my hands? thanks amigos |

Have you seen a doctor or physio about your tendonitis?
Is this the first time you've suffered with it or is it a recurring problem? What have you tried to get rid of it? My advice is to rest and let that clear up before lifting. Any stress can aggravate the problem and make it ten times worse. |
