Grade my routine. Push, legs, pull

All exercises will be 4 sets and 6-12 reps. My goals are to bulk.

Day A Push
-Bench Press
-Flys
-Dips
-Military Press
-Arnold Press
-Lateral Raises

Day B Legs, Abs
-Goodmornings
-Squats
-Hack Squats
-Calf Raises
-Lunges
-Deadlifts
-Planks


Day C Pull (Too many exercises? Need to keep my workout about 45 min to and hour)
-Bent Rows
-Yates Rows
-Shrugs
-Pullups
-Cuban Press
-Curls
-Reverse Preacher Curl

you should do heavier compound movements first for example;

Day A Push
Bench
military
CG bench
flys
lateral raises
pushdowns

all you have listed for triceps is dips?

Deadlifts and squats on the same day would kill me. Those are the two most demanding exercises for me.

Yea, I didnt look at the rest of that.. here is the push/pull I used to do:
-Legs
Front squat atg-
Leg press-
SLDL-
Donkey calf-

-Back/Rhomboid/Bicep
Square bar pullups-
BB Rows-
Seated cable rows-
Good Mornings-
Shrugs-
BB curls-
DB hammer-
DB concentration-
ABS

-Chest/Shoulder/Tricep
Flat BB-
Incline DB 35*-
Flat flye-
Lateral/Front raises superset-
Prone incline DB face pulls-
DB Military-
CG bench-
Overhead DB/tricep extensions superset-
Reverse grip v-bar pressdown-
Abs

Look in the journmal section for other workouts
