I put in a post about 3 weeks ago about my shoulder pain, I wasn't sure how i hurt it, but i thought it was my rotator cuff... It has gotten MUCH better, i can actually use it for lifting, but sometimes now i get aches in it, and the pain hasnt completely subsided..

If i put my arm up like im reaching for the sky (with elbow facing the side) and turn my arm so the elbow is facing forward i get pain in the shoulder... what could this be?
