It's obvious that you need to adjust some of the variables if you are losing strength. What is your routine like?
For the past couple of weeks, I haven't been able to train anything that involved my shoulders due to injury. I started working on them again today, and I was able to bench 135x10, 145x8, my max was around 205-210, so I figure if there was any strength loss, it was minimal. However, I was doing squats and had problems getting out 3 reps of 205, and it seemed a few weeks ago I was able to do 230x3. It was a bit worrisome since I've been working on my legs through the past few weeks, and still doing squats, but just not as heavy. It just came off as a bit alarming that I lost that much in my squats. What could be the reason?

"in the howling bleeding nights, the dogs plunge into the Volga and swim desperately to gain the other bank. The nights of Stalingrad are a terror for them. Animals flee this hell; the hardest stones cannot bear it for long; only men endure."
at the moment, I'm doing a full body routine before I return to the westside workout:
WO1 Total Push
Squat Variant
Bench
Lunges
Incline Press or Dips
Tricep work
WO2 Total Pull
Dead Variant
DB Rows
Good Mornings
Pullups
Bent Over Laterals
Bicep Work

Could it be your diet?

I can't see his diet effecting his strength like that really, though when it comes to squats a 20lb swing isn't a major deal. At least for me it isn't, unless going near max weight.
I'm sure this will iron itself out. Now if 200lb is kicking your ass next session, some deeper looking is required.
I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.
Eating unhealthy won't effect your strength like that unless you have some major deficiency.

My eating habits effect my lifts.
Some days I'm only as strong as 18 or 20 people other days I'm only as strong as 14 or 16 people put together. I'm pretty sure that is normal. If I had to put my finger on a diet reason it would be lack of coffee on days I need more coffee. Other than that I don't know what to say and/or shouldn't say anything. BL, where r u?
BL = bant : party :
