I was told to arch my back when squat, how do I arch my back without get the anterior tilt.
A while ago, I heard some member here talking aboout anterior tilt during squat being BAD.
I thought I had the perfect squat form, but now I am really paranoid, not sure whether my form is OK.
so what is this anterior tilt? and where does it hurt you?

Don't worry about that stuff, if your back is neutral or arched and your form is good.
