Training in Madrid
Hey Guys,
I hope someone can help me with this. I have just moved from the UK to Madrid. Most of the gyms I have looked at here are filled with cardio machines and little free weights. Does anyone know of a good hardcore gym to train at here? Thanks Kris |

Can't help you there, but living in madrid sounds cool.
You could always buy free weights and workout at home. Just build your collection over time, eventually you'll have all you need, if time/space permits. |

When I was working in Spain, I found good gyms in both Aranjuez and El Ferrol. Both those place were small, working-class towns. There has to be a decent gym in a large city such as Madrid. Ask around. Try google search. Good luck.
