bulking and cardio
i'm currently in a bulking phase 6'0 210 i was wondering if i did cardio twice a week just to keep the heart healthy and the fat away the stomach would be ok, or would it hurt my gains.

To put it simply; to bulk you have to be having a calorie surplus, cardio burns calories and therefore will reduce your calorie surplus, ultimately then it all depends upon your diet as to whether the cardio will hurt you gains or not. If your not already counting your calories it might be worth while to determine whether you need to adjust to compensate for your cardio.
