the one I'm on now has brought GREAT gains.
2 weeks of 4 sets of each body part once per week-reps 6-10; then 4 rounds of twice a week on bodyparts, done in 4 days with one day of break, with reps going from 6-8, then 8-10 and then 10-12. After those rounds are done, recycle. |
