    Elbow pain

well for a while i noticed a slight elbow pain in like the left side of my right elbow it would come and go only when i put pressure on it like say if im sitting on a sofa or a bed and i put my palm face down on the bed its sort of like a slanted angle that my arm is in and i can feel the pain wen i put pressure on it, i just kinda brushed it by but today after working out, hours later it started to bother me a little, and now when i put pressure on it, its not like disatrous pain but its definitly noticable ( i have a pretty good tolerance of pain), so im just wondering what it could be and do i just need to rest it? maybe my joints in my elbow are torn or somthing any ideas?

well i dont do "elbow lifts" but i cant imagine doing tricep exercises without it bothering me a little, it seems to be like the very end bone of my forearms maybe? that connect to my elbow, like i saw this diagram that the forearm is made up of 3 bones that connect at the elbow, everythings fine but the pain is located like on the very left bone of the 3 if that makes sense... and its only my right arm elbow that bothers me, i can even feel it wen i do standing curls with just my arm weight, its not a big pain but like i said its noticeable hmm... my mind is telling me that i can still workout with it, but ive been sayin that for a while and now its more frequent so maybe i shud give it a rest...
