six pack abs proper exercise

Hi! I'm new to this forum and to bodybuilding thing. I've been doing workouts for a month now and my target is to have a..not really six pack abs but a sturdy abs will be just fine with me. Now, I'm always doing the abdominal crunch. My instructor doesn't give me another program and I'm getting bored with it.
Does my gym instructor missing something to improve my abs? Is there another exercise that should go with abdominal crunch to improve my abs quickly?

tell your trainer hes fired

come home,
read and learn all can about proper/healthy eating. whatever.
just eat the best you possibly can.
drink lots of wawa
and definitely look for some good articles on ab workouts because there are so many. doing the exact same ab workout every time definitely isnt the best way to get the best results.

im really tired but yea. just browse through these forums and look for some helpful links, do some google searches. if anything keep asking questions. thats what i do

Your top priority should be to get a solid resistance training program down in conjunction with a good diet. The stickies in the training and diet sections will get you started on the right track there.

After that, the next most important thing is cardio. I think the anaerobic variant should be given 1-2 days of your time, and then as much as you can allot to intense aerobic exercise beyond that; that is, bust your ass for 30 minutes instead of dilly dallying for 60.

The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
