    Any comments?

I just read this article which proved to be fairly fascinating. I am considering trying it out since it's about that time that I change my workout some, and wanted to get input from anyone who cares to share it. I realize a lot of you advocate training each bodypart only once, maybe twice weekly, so I was curious what you guys/girls would think. Anyways, post away!

Interesting! I say if you can get through it, go for it. But I think you put yourself at a higher chance for injury, so train wisely!

Everyone is different and we all need to try new things to stimulate growth. What works for you might not work for me. That would be overtraining for me though.

That's what I was thinking Trizzle, even if it doesn't work out, it's nothing like my workout now, and would be a damn good shock.
