    Workout schedule question..

First off, this is my first post but I use to post here a while back, just forgot my old name/pass so starting over. So hello to everyone again....

Now to my question... id like some advise on our workout schedule. Thing is, we can only work out, Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays(only days we can get together to workout). On top of that, we have to work out legs n back on the same day to save a trip going to a buddies house with a squat rack n pull down/row machine. So this is how our schedule looks right now....

Sunday - Chest/triceps (flat barbell bench, incline barbell bench, dumbbell bench, skullcrushers, dips, close grip bench)

Monday - legs/back (squats, deadlifts, calve raises, pull downs, rows,)

Thursday - shoulders/biceps (seated military press, up right rows, lateral dumbbell raises, preacher curl, standing dumbbell curl, standing reverse curl, hammer curl)

Does that look ok for having the workout restrictions we have?

You don't have to workout your back and legs on the same day. Just do pullups/chinups and DB/BB exercises instead...
