I Really Need Help

okay so i hear some ppl sayin working out with mass weights is fast bulkin up? say i want to work out my chest one day doing mass weights. can someone give me the total routine for chest/ triceps for a mass? (my bench max is 250)

p.s. if u have the routine for biceps/back please gimmie some too. <333
