Can't get any bigger.
I don't really want to stand out to much. So far so good and winter is coming and that helps. Cloths can hide a lot and women have helped me her. So the question is... if I lift 3&4 rep max and move to 15to20 max reps will that keep from getting bigger?

personally, I feel that 3-4 reps max is training more for strength than size, I would suggest a rep range of 8-12.

Bigger muscle wise or fat wise? Or both?
