Body For Life
Let me tell you a short story, and then ask a question....
A few months ago, 4 co-workers (2 guys/2 girls) started the Body For Life program. Although I didn't join them, I gained 5 pounds during the 12 weeks . Now the question..... I think this 12 week program would be best used as a cutting cycle.... right??? I don't do any cardio right now and am always trying to add mass. Should I continue to do this for the summer? Or should I try to shed some fat and use the BFL program to try and add mass? (doesn't seem right )Thanks Robb |

It's best used by a beginner that does not really know what the hell they're doing!
