    Body For Life

Let me tell you a short story, and then ask a question....

A few months ago, 4 co-workers (2 guys/2 girls) started the Body For Life program. Although I didn't join them, I gained 5 pounds during the 12 weeks . I guess since we talked about working out and diet more often and my competitive side made me try to have better results than those on the program, my workouts have rocked ever since they started. Now they are done (everyone made improvements but nothing earth shaking), they have decided to start another 12 week program in September. I have agreed to join them (I did a couple workouts with them and it seemed OK), it will at least change up my routine for a while....

Now the question..... I think this 12 week program would be best used as a cutting cycle.... right??? I don't do any cardio right now and am always trying to add mass. Should I continue to do this for the summer? Or should I try to shed some fat and use the BFL program to try and add mass? (doesn't seem right )

    Thanks
    Robb

BFL was made to shed fat, but with some adjustments (adjust diet and less cardio) you could probably make it a bulking cycle.

It's best used by a beginner that does not really know what the hell they're doing!
