Routine Help???
I posted a topic on AZ, I figured i'd move it here.. heres my routine, which would you guys suggest changing around, I looked at the stickies but I didn't think cowpimps split thing looks right, one set of chest per excercise??
Height: 5'11 Weight 158lbs Bench Max 205lbs squat max 200 Dead max ?? Basically my routine, left out shoulders which i Do usually with chest Chest: Bench 3x8 Incline 2x10 Decline 3x10 Tri's(Done with Chest) Skull Crushers: 3x 12 Pushdowns: 2x10 Back: Pulldowns: 3x8 Rows 2x10 Weighted Pullups 3x8-10 Bis: Preachers: 2x8 Legs: Squats 3x8 Romanians 2x10 Leg extensions: 3x10 Calf Raises 2x10 |
