I am also looking into buying some used kettle bells off of craig's list....just so that I have them and can do complexes with them and work on my conditioning.

If you get the keg....fill it only half way up with water.

Kettle bells can be fun for somethings.

I have a sled. I like pulling it for conditioning. Hopefully my heavier tire comes this week. I have a small one that works well for some of the girls. I need a bigger one though.

my moms boyfriend owns his own construction company, and i told her next time they are getting rid of one of the grater tires to let me know. i think its 700lbs, but it could be 900+ so i need to make sure, because i would never be able to move it if it was 900, i would have to call you haha

lol..I don't even know if I could move a 700lb one. I have never tried it. It is probably heavy as hell and being big and akward doesn't help.

We just got some kettle bells at my gym, but the people using them look like a fucking goof troop.

Ill admit, I am no expert on these things, so do you have any sites that show these workouts? I find a couple here and there, but never a compilation. Didnt know if you had a holy grail stuffed some where.

I don't know any sites specifically.

all you need to do is be creative. I like to do complexes with them for metabolic conditioning.
