yea, but the shit from ironmind costs and arm and a leg!!
I am also looking into buying some used kettle bells off of craig's list....just so that I have them and can do complexes with them and work on my conditioning. |

If you get the keg....fill it only half way up with water.
Kettle bells can be fun for somethings. I have a sled. I like pulling it for conditioning. Hopefully my heavier tire comes this week. I have a small one that works well for some of the girls. I need a bigger one though. |

my moms boyfriend owns his own construction company, and i told her next time they are getting rid of one of the grater tires to let me know. i think its 700lbs, but it could be 900+ so i need to make sure, because i would never be able to move it if it was 900, i would have to call you haha

lol..I don't even know if I could move a 700lb one. I have never tried it. It is probably heavy as hell and being big and akward doesn't help.

Ill admit, I am no expert on these things, so do you have any sites that show these workouts? I find a couple here and there, but never a compilation. Didnt know if you had a holy grail stuffed some where. ![]() |

I don't know any sites specifically.
all you need to do is be creative. I like to do complexes with them for metabolic conditioning. |
