P/RR/S or FD/FS

Hey I just saw the FD/FS article in the new ironman and I was wondering if I should go with it or start a P/RR/S program instead or does it not matter. My current routine is called S.A.I.S. (Specific Adaption to Imposed Stress) by Jeff McCarrel an example chest routine would look like this:

Bench Press 3 x 6
Incline Press 2 x 10
Hammer Press 1 x 20

Any help would be sweet, thanks.
