Fatigue Question
So I got about 4 hours of sleep last night because I was studying for this test I had this morning at 9:30. To make a long story short, I had an average to poor workout mainly because I was just exhausted. Why is it, that now when I'm sipping on my protein shake post-workout that I feel energetic and like I could go back to the gym and have a better workout.
I'm just curious, because it's kind of pissing me off. Is it hormonal release? ![]() |

You fired up all sorts of energy systems during your workouts. You're feeling the affects of it. But that'll only carry you so far today. If you keep it up, you'll probably end up injured.

I warmed up pretty intensely, knowing that I was tired, hoping to spark some kind of a release to get my head out of my ass. Oh well, one average workout isn't going to be the tell all/end all.
Thanks, DOMS. P.S: You're cute. |
