Abdominis/chest/obliques

Hello,

What would make the fat from my belly trim down and make my Rectus Abdominis pop out>
What is a good workout for them?

About the Chest, I can bench alot for my size, But I am not getting a clear upper chest DEVELOPMENT?

5'9/ 166LB. MALE - Bench 225lb (6rep) max out 2 months ago at 255lb.

What would work my Clavicular portion( upper Chest)?

Also, my Obliques are very fabby looking. What will help these trim down?

Thanks!

It seems like your problem, outside of not graduating High School, is the fact that you're taking in too many calories. In other words, to tighten up your obliques and everything else you want, exercise will help, but it's your diet that needs the tightening up if you want this problem solved.

You're basicly saying that you want to lose weight (fat) and gain weight (muscle) at the same time from what I understand. In most cases, it's not possible.

True,
So if I lower my Calories intake that will not work even if I Eat Veggies and get my 1g per pound Protein every day, and workout 4-5 times a week.

Food I would eat would be Fish/Chicken,Steak(no fat) ECT..
And get lots of green veggies?

Go to the diet section and post up your diet.

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

I hate saying this but go to the diet section and post up your diet (like Ian said) read the stickies and look around.

Your upper chest is not filling out because your 5'9'' and 166. Even at 5'9''-10'' at around 230lbs my chest was not very filled out. Genetics bro.

The whole ab thing, check out the diet section like the guys above said.

That chest thing, keep lifting and try to get bigger, you'll start to fill out.
