mon: run/lift
tues: rest
weds: run/lift
thurs: rest
fri: run/lift
sat: rest
sun: rest

or

mon: run
tues: lift
weds: run
thurs: lift
fri: run
sat: lift
sun: rest

Probably depends on what kind of running, what kind of lifting. Don't you train MMA too?

Intensity of the running? Duration? Rep ranges? Intensity of the lifting? Volume of lifting? What is the split of the weight training days?

Without knowing more, I'd go with the 2nd version. A day lifting, a day running. Also mix up the running - Fast steady state, HIIT, slow steady state etc....
