Bicep Injury Help
Whenever I do curls on my left bicep, there is a weird popping feeling at my elbow. I feels like the tendons are popping and stretching from one position to another. I wouldnt consider it a pain, its something i've never felt before.
Does anyone know what this is? |

"tendons dont pop, they applaud effort"
I would do more warmups, see if that helps. if not, like stated maybe find a different exercise |
