Shoulder Exercise Routine...need help
i want to work on my shoulders, wat exercises shall i do for a daily routine and how long shall i do it a day? please help

Either include everything in a training program, or dont do one.
The best way to add mass to one thing is to train everything. Not only do you look better/more balanced, but you WILL be more physically balanced. Read the sticky topics in the training forum for some excellent information about a healthy lifestyle. The stickies in Nutrition are also equally, if not more, important. Welcome to IM. |

Do you have any lifting experience or are you just starting out? And you don't want to lift the same thing every day. |
