Body-building Vs lifting weights - Where's that article?

I found a link to an old IM post (or article) on here recently. The article was entitled "Body-building Vs lifting weights" (or something very similar). It talked about lifting lots of weight with bad form versus lighter weights lifted correctly. I wanted to share that article with a friend of mine but after numerous searches I can't find it, or remember where I was (or what I was doing) when I initially spotted that link.

    Can anyone help?
