help with workout.
alright well i always hear mark rippetoes starting strenght routine is purely for begginers. does that mean if i do another workout now because i dont have time to do it i wont be able to do it later? and also any workouts someone can recomend that i can do mayby 2x a week and see gains in strength and muscle? its for mma boxing and wrestling. even if its a body weight circuit i can do every morining or something.
