Why wont my legs grow?
Here is my routine. Twice a month (on the 1st and 15th) I do this
12 sets of leg extensions for 5 reps each 10 sets of jumping jacks to failure Ive been doing this for three years and cant seem to make any progress |

I'm quite sure you're joking but if not... Try doing squats and deadlifts without any progress then have something to bitch about. Ass.

That's a good workout you've got there. The only thing it's missing is a muscle-tech product. Throw one of them in with the regime and watch those pins double, if not triple, in size.

I would throw in some Double Dutch to failure. It's known to stimulate aggressive muscle hypertrophy.
