    Why wont my legs grow?

Here is my routine. Twice a month (on the 1st and 15th) I do this

12 sets of leg extensions for 5 reps each
10 sets of jumping jacks to failure

Ive been doing this for three years and cant seem to make any progress

I'm quite sure you're joking but if not... Try doing squats and deadlifts without any progress then have something to bitch about. Ass.

I would say something smartass, but my faith in the overall intelligence of the human race drops little by little, so I am in the same boat as you.

I would also like to know if this is an honest question.

That's a good workout you've got there. The only thing it's missing is a muscle-tech product. Throw one of them in with the regime and watch those pins double, if not triple, in size.

I would throw in some Double Dutch to failure. It's known to stimulate aggressive muscle hypertrophy.

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?
