Happens to me all the time. Wake up and I'm drained. i'll do a nice warmup and then i'm wide awake and full of energy. Why are you complaining?

Yeah you are probably addicted to training in a very literal sense. Which is almost completely good, usually. There are very real psychological withdrawal symptoms of discontinuation for someone addicted. Or you coiuld be playing head games with yourself. Or the headgames could be a cuase of the withdrawal. Or your headgames could be excascerbating the withdrawal.
