So many exercises I don't know. Where to go to learn?
I'm utilizing my lunchbreak reading Cowpimps journal. I'm immediately struck by how little I know; especially exercises.
Box Jumps (this is just jumping on a box, right?),
Renegade Rows with Push-up (rows with pushup, huh!?),
Lateral Box Jumps (there are different ways of jumping on a box!?)
Push-up with Torso Twist (how do you twist while doing pushups?)
Hindu Push-ups (a pushup isn't a pushup isn't a pushup!? huh?)
Hindu Squats (Do Hindu's do shit in wierd ways, or what?)
Spread Eagle Sit-ups (From Kama-sutra?)
Prisoner Squats (squats while peering through bars on windows?)
Reverse Hyperextensions (facing upwards? double-jointed?)
Body Rows (same as supine rows?)
Turkish Getups (What?)
Uni Snatch (slang for loyal girlfriend?)
How do I learn more stuff? Any good books/websites out there?

So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
to improve their lives.
Iain, yeah, knew about that one, but nice site though.

OK... That's it. Starting right now I'm building an extra section on my website for all the cool links I find on bodybuilding. I'll just keep adding to it as the years roll by. I can put some pictures on there too. Thanks!
Still though... the question remains...
anyone know any good books for different exercises, maybe?

A renegade row you get in pushup position with your hands on dumbbells or kettlebells. You row one arm at a time so you are kind of doing a 1 arm pushup position hold while you row with the other arm: these suck hard. Then you do a pushup.
Lateral box jumps you jump sideways onto and off of a box instead of forward and backward.
You come up from a pushup and roll such that you are on the sides of your feet with one arm in the air. I think it is also called a T pushup.
Just lookup hindu pushups and squats, hard to explain.
Spread eagle situps are where your feet are spread out wide while you do the situps.
Prisoner squats: hands behind the head.
Instead of the movement being at the trunk/upper body with the lower body anchored, your upper body is anchored and your lower body moves. Search for this one.
Body rows, yes an inverted/supine row.
Turkish getup: lie on your back with weight straight above you. Stand up while keeping the weight above you at all times.
Uni snatch: Snatch with 1 arm using a DB in this case.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
PS. Cowpimp... You rock. Thanks!
Can you recommend any good books for exercises?
