cardio how much muscle is lost vs fat.
If you start doing cardio wanting to lose some bf% how much muscle is actually lost say per lb. Is it possible to do cardio at beginning of the week at maybe a maintenance level and gain the muscle back at least, or maybe more using a full body by the end of the week.?

0.328lbs of muscle per lb of fat.
Depends on your diet, your program, your genetics, etc. |
