New routine, used stickies help?

I'm doing and upper/lower split usings mostly all compounds.. tell me what you think.. I'm sticking to the mid-rep range to get growth, i'm using a weight I can only do that ammount of times. Your guys thoughts? i'm 5'10 160. male, been lifting for about a year n half

Monday:
Bench press: 4x6-8
Lat pulldowns: 3x6-8
Incline db press: 2x6-8
weighted pullups(alternate between wide and close grip)3x8
Yates rows: 2x8
skull crushers: 2x8
Military press: 3x6-8

Wednesday:
Squats: 3x8
Stiff Leg Deads: 3x8
Leg extensions: 2x8
ham curls: 2x8


Friday:
Repeat of monday, but I change a few of the excercises up, while keeping compound.

I would keep the muscle groups together more during your upper workout.

Id split up Monday's workout into another day to make a 3 day workout. There are other options though.

Why bother with any isolations if youre going to have just a few..and have them imbalanced? Take them all out or add another when you add another day.

Id think of some other compounds for legs though. Leg press, lunges, step ups, GMs, Glute-Hams, etc.

No calves?



6' 209lbs (8/16)
Bench 360 (11/29)
Weighted Pullups 80lbs 3x3 (3/19)
Squat 370
Deadlift after herniation 385lbs 3x3 (3/17)
NASM certified 2/06

Too much pressing, pick either bench or Mil Press
