Hey guys, let me be the first to say, that I am a newb at all this stuff so bear with me. Im 23 and just started working out hard about 2.5 months ago with a buddy of mine. We have been working out 5 days a week and we have both seen results so far, but after looking at all of your workouts I notice that many of you are only working out 3-4 days a week. We dont really have a great routine, or really one at all and im wondering if that by working out most of our muscles most every day am i actually just hurting my possible muscle gains?
As an fyi I have only been taking Nitrotech protein from muscletech along with some creatine and multivitamins. Since our start I am doing reps of 35 pounds more then when i started, but i will say that we didnt start at that high of a weight.
I just really want to know if working out too much will hurt my results in the long run. By workouts i mean actually lifting weights, not cardio, i do those on the offdays usually.
